Water is Essential to Life!

(*If you are on a fluid restriction program - follow your doctors orders!)

Combined with your healthy DAILY FOOD Choices

*Place a fresh slice of lime or lemon or other fruits/vegetables in your glass of water

Make Healthy Food Choices along with drinking water as a beverage everyday!

For children along with their DAILY healthy food choices - pour children a 2 ounce to 4-ounce glass of water with each meal (depending on their age) prior to offering them a glass of other beverages.

To encourage children and teens to drink water as a beverage - add in a fresh slice of lime or lemon or orange. Remember to remove all SEEDS to prevent choking hazard.

(For Babies and Children - Do NOT replace milk with water!)

Breastmilk is the best choice for babies. If you can breastfeed or pump breast milk - God created breast milk with essential nutrients for your baby!
